Peaks Village is a premier neighborhood made up of 34 homesites located mid-way up the Mount Will. It has outstanding, close-up views of the Sunday River ski resort, only a few minutes away.  

 

The Homeowners' Association (HOA) is made up of the owners of these properties and managed by a Board of Directors voted on by the members. HOA meetings provide residents a forum to review the financial status of the HOA and bring to forward their ideas or concerns.  All homeowners have a vote on HOA business matters​.  

 

Covenants and restrictions are in place to protect the integrity of the neighborhood.  Existing homeowners undertaking external modifications to their home, or new homeowners planning on building, must submit plans to the Architectural Review Board prior to beginning their project.  

 

While many of the properties are vacation homes, there are homeowners who, in addition to spending winter weekends, use their homes for weeks or months at a time, throughout the year and enjoy recreational activities for all seasons. Whether winter, spring, summer or fall there is always something to do in the surrounding area.
