How do I get to Peaks Village?

Peaks Village is off the Sunday River Road, 9 miles west of the Sunday River Ski Resort. Coming from Bethel, turn right on Vista Rd then left into Peaks Village at the sign.

Are the roads paved and plowed?

Yes, all of the roads are paved and the homeowners' association contracts with a company that plows the shared roads, in partnership with the homeowners' association for the Peaks. In major snowstorms, the roads are plowed every few hours, and are always clear in the morning so you won't miss first tracks.

How are the utilities set up?

Power runs on overhead lines along the streets, but underground to homes. Homes use septic systems and private wells.

What about cable and internet?

There are a couple of different cable companies that provide service to the Peaks Village homes.  Most homes use Spectrum for high-speed cable and internet service.

Is membership in the HOA required?

Yes, membership and annual dues are mandatory.  Since the HOA is responsible for maintenance of the roads amongst other responsibilities defined in the covenants and by-laws, all homeowners are required to support the HOA through annual dues.

What are the annual dues?

The budget is assessed each year to determine the appropriate due amount for the upcoming year.  Contact us to send an inquiry for the current annual due amount.

Are the Peaks and Peaks Village HOAs the same?

No.  Although there are some shared responsibilities such as maintaining Vista road, both communities have their own HOA.
