Peaks Village
Architectural Requirements
The architectural theme for The Peaks Village is one of compatibility between the homes and the natural environment that is in harmony with its surroundings. The theme is that of mountain villages found throughout ski country. The focus will be to maintain as much of the natural surroundings as possible and constructing homes that blend as seamlessly as possible with these surroundings.
In accordance with The Peaks Village Covenants, any Lot owner beginning new construction on an undeveloped lot or Homeowner planning alterations to the exterior of a home or lot must complete a review form, found below and submit it to the Architectural Review Committee per review.

Peaks Village documentation, as well as the Town of Newry ordinances are listed below for easy access. In addition there may be State level environmental or regulatory that are applicable to your project and you are encouraged to make sure you have researched those and understand any impacts.

New Home Construction Application
For new home constructions, please download this form, complete the information and submit to PeaksVillageMtWill@gmail.com.
Home Modification or Alteration Application
For any modifications or alterations to the exterior of your home, an application form must be completed and submitted to PeaksVillageMtWill@gmail.com.
This process also applies to any changes to your lot that may impact requirements as listed in the covenants, including the cutting or removal of trees.
Town of Newry Ordinances
In addition to the Peaks Village Covenant requirements, you are generally required to obtain a Building permit from the Town of Newry.
